New Vacancy: Property Valuer

valuer-job-social-ad

PFK Estate Agency is celebrating 150 years in business this year! That's 150 years of helping people move, grow, invest and make some of life's biggest property decisions.

Our Penrith branch is a busy, successful office with plenty going on and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it.

We're looking for a valuer who is enthusiastic about property, enjoys meeting people and has the drive to go above and beyond for our customers. You may already have estate agency experience, sales experience or you may be looking for your first opportunity in the industry. What matters most to us is your attitude, your energy and your desire to do a great job.

What will you be doing: As a full-time Valuer, you'll be out meeting customers, carrying out valuations, winning instructions and bringing properties to market. You'll also play an important role in generating new business and building relationships that help our customers achieve their property goals.

But this role isn't just about valuations and listings, it's about people.

We want our customers to feel that they're in safe hands from the very first conversation through to the completion of their sale or letting. Providing exceptional customer service, keeping people informed and doing what you say you're going to do will be at the heart of everything you do.

You'll also work closely with the wider team, sharing opportunities, supporting colleagues and making the most of the experience and knowledge around you.

What are we looking for:

· Confident and approachable – you will be meeting customers every day, so being able to build rapport is key.

· Passionate about property - you don't need to know everything, but you do need to be interested and keen to learn.

· Driven and ambitious - you'll have a hunger to succeed and the determination to make things happen.

· Customer-focused - you genuinely care about delivering the best possible experience.

· Organised – there will be plenty to juggle, so keeping on top of appointments, listings, leads and follow-ups is essential.

· A team player - we work together, share ideas and support each other.

· Self-motivated - you'll be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.

· Flexible – our Penrith team covers a wide geographical area, from Carlisle to Penrith and across to Kirkby Stephen, so no two days are necessarily the same.

Why PFK:

We're not just another estate agency, we have 150 years of heritage, but we're certainly not stuck in the past. We're ambitious, forward-thinking and passionate about what we do.

You'll be joining a friendly bunch of people who know their stuff, genuinely enjoy working together and have a wealth of experience to share. We work hard, we support one another and importantly, we like to enjoy what we do.

There's a great opportunity here for someone who wants to learn, develop, build a career and make their mark.

So, if you're enthusiastic, personable and organised, we'd love to hear from you.
