New Vacancy: Sales Negotiator

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property and people? PFK Estate Agency - a long-established, friendly, and trusted estate agency in Cumbria- is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our growing team in our Penrith branch.

We're searching for someone who's sales-focused, energetic, and eager to play a key role in delivering excellent results for our clients.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Assist with sales progression to help transactions move smoothly
• Maintain regular client contact and help generate new instructions
• Represent PFK with friendliness, honesty, and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

Preferred experience:

• Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Sales/negotiation experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident in person and on camera
• Knowledge of Penrith, Carlisle and the surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, organised, and driven
• Friendly, modern approach to client care

Hours & Pay

• Full time, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm (With mid-week day in lieu)
• Competitive salary, commission and bonus scheme.
• Mileage reimbursed at standard rates for business use
