EA Masters have released their shortlist for the Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 sales & lettings and only the top 10% of agents in the UK make it into the guide and we are pleased to announce that we have achieved that in both areas.
EA Masters compare performance of every agency against others in their patch over a six-month period by measuring properties sold or let the quickest, best performance from SSTC/Let Agreed to completion, the percentage of asking price achieved, who attracts the largest share of new instructions, the rate of growth and fall through rate amongst other criteria.
