Planning Approval Granted in Appleby-in-Westmorland

Outline planning permission was sought for the demolition of a domestic garage and the erection of a new dwelling. The site is located in a residential area to the outskirts of Appleby-in- Westmorland, a historic market town. This modest site formed part of the garden of a Grade II listed house.

The application received no objections and Eden District Council granted planning approval under delegated powers.
