Sales Negotiator: ESTATE AGENCY/ KESWICK
You will work as part of the team providing customer focused service to both sales and lettings clients. You will pro-actively manage clients, suggesting suitable properties to buyers/tenants and deliver a high level of service to our vendor/landlord clients. You will proactively manage our stock and client list, including liaising with vendors to ensure their property sale is successful; by booking viewings, monitoring activity levels and making suggestions to improve these, negotiating offers and undertaking sales progression. You will also carry out sales and lettings viewings; showing clients around properties and ensuring we gain constructive feedback to pass on to our clients.
You will book in appointments for viewings and valuations, and should be able to extract a good level of detail from clients regarding their current situation. You should work closely with your colleagues to ensure your team provide a seamless, exceptional level of customer service. Sales Negotiators are expected to be proficient in diary and time management, with the ability to work on several different tasks simultaneously and to keep standards high in an often fast-paced and pressured environment. You should proactively manage your list of applicants, running a list of no more than 100 at any time. You are responsible for communicating with your list and building and maintaining relationships.
You should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to communicate professionally both in person and over the phone, as well as on email. You will be able to identify business opportunities and ensure they are fulfilled. You will also try and cross sell services wherever appropriate, including solicitor and mortgage referrals and any in-house service PFK offer.

Sell PFK services to potential clients.
Manage applicants effectively and ensure vendor care is delivered consistently.
Generate referrals for conveyancing and mortgages.
Cross sell across all PFK departments.

Ensure current legislation is adhered to in all estate agency business.
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clients and colleagues.
The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with high levels of attention to detail.
The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Basic salary plus commission with the ability to earn circa £20-£25k PA (during 2020 some of our negotiators have earned in excess of £25k).
