South Lakeland development management DPD Submitted for examination

South Lakeland District Council submitted their development management development plan document (DPD) for examination on 28 February 2018. The planning inspectorate has appointed Philip Lewis BA (Hons) MA MRTPI to conduct the examination into whether the document is sound.

A joint examination will be held with the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty DPD which was also submitted by South Lakeland District Council on 28 February 2018, and will include public hearings, details of which have not yet been published.
