From Penrith take the M6 North and exit at Junction 41 taking the B5305 towards Wigton. Continue along that road for approximately 6 miles then take the left turn signposted Lamonby. Dukes Meadow Management Company & Charges
Dukes Meadow Management Ltd. (company number 04222504) is independently owned by the 33 existing lodge owners, and the Vendor of the plot has negotiated to purchase the 34th share in the company, which will be transferred with the plot, giving any future owner of the plot equal rights and obligations to existing owners.
Annual charges are set each year by the Owners at their AGM. Charges for 2019 were £300, and charges have been set for 2020 at £350, the first increase for a number of years. This charge covers water for each of the lodges, which is on a single meter to the site, plus maintenance of the STP and common parts.
