Greenholme is a small hamlet, pleasantly located near to Tebay and Orton. Standing at the head of the Lune Gorge and close to the new boundary of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is surrounded by fine countryside and is close to the upper waters of the River Lune. Tebay and Orton have excellent commuter links via Junction 38 of the M6, as well as access to the A685 via the market town of Kirkby Stephen and the A66 Trans-Pennine route. Dutch Barn

A dilapidated Dutch barn is located within the garth of the property. This is dilapidated and has suffered extensive storm damage.

Basic Payment Scheme (BPS)

The Vendor has claimed the BPS and will retain the entirety of the 2019 monies for the 2019 Scheme year.
Included within the sale are the benefit of Basic Payment Entitlements. The exact number is to be confirmed.
The transfer of Entitlements will be made upon completion of the sale and in time for the Purchaser to utilise them for BPS purposes in 2020. It is the responsibility of the successful Purchaser to ensure that they are eligible to acquire Entitlements under the terms of the BPS. Transfers will be made in accordance with the regulations for the Scheme and will be carried out as soon as Scheme Regulations permit by PFK Land Agency for which a fee of £200 plus VAT will be payable by each transferee.
