Why have a floorplan?

Floorplans are a relatively new addition to property details, but they have proved to be invaluable when selling a property. Rightmove research suggests that floorplans are one of the most important aspects of property presentation to buyers and the absence of a floor plan is a barrier. Buyers want to see the room layout, to see where rooms fit in relation to other rooms and to understand the flow of the property. A floorplan is undoubtedly the best way to gather this information.
