We're searching for someone who's sales-focused, energetic, and eager to play a key role in delivering excellent results for our clients.
About the Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Assist with sales progression to help transactions move smoothly
- Maintain regular client contact and help generate new instructions
- Represent PFK with friendliness, honesty, and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For
Preferred experience:
- Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Sales/negotiation experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident in person and on camera
- Knowledge of Penrith, Carlisle and the surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, organised, and driven
- Friendly, modern approach to client care
Hours & Pay
- Full time, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Saturdays, 9:00am – 4:00pm (With mid-week day in lieu)
- Competitive salary, commission and bonus scheme.
- Mileage reimbursed at standard rates for business use
